Refunds are only applicable in cases where card generation fails due to a verified technical error on our platform.
Once a virtual card has been successfully issued and funds have been loaded, the transaction is considered final and non-refundable. Under no circumstances can the loaded balance be returned to the original payment method (including cards, bank transfers, or cryptocurrencies).
Any available balance on an issued card may only be used for spending through supported merchants and services, subject to card network and merchant acceptance rules.
Customers are solely responsible for verifying card compatibility with their intended merchant, platform, or service before making a purchase or funding a card. KlienCard does not guarantee acceptance by any specific merchant, website, or payment processor.
Refund requests will not be approved for:

Merchant declines or payment failures

Incompatible or unsupported merchants

Customer error or change of mind

Card usage restrictions imposed by third-party platforms
